@matthew120

OpenStudy (matthew120):

what one do think it is

OpenStudy (kikuo):

I'm not sure how to start. This is a bonus question for fun that was added, so we haven't learned this yet.

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

Well, I have two facts about quadrilaterals that may help. 1. The sum of angles in a quad is 360 degrees. 2. In a cyclic quad, opposite angles sum up to be 180 degrees.

OpenStudy (kikuo):

Ah, so since I know all but one I can add all of them up and subtract from 360?

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

Well in the question, there are two unknown angles. Is there a diagram of the quad?

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

@Kikuo

OpenStudy (kikuo):

Nope. Sorry, I had to draw it out. @Isaiah.Feynman

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

Okay. |dw:1461017045686:dw|

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

We need to find c and d. We could use the fact that opposite sides of a cyclic quad add up to 180 degrees.

OpenStudy (kikuo):

180-70 180-45 @Isaiah.Feynman

OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

Yes.
