All we know is that the voltage is the same across the resistors We can't use V=IR to compare the currents, since we know nothing about R1 or R2

yeah that is what I thought but I'm not too sure that "not enough information would be the correct answer

Well if you knew if R1 < R2, then you could use V = IR to decide that I1 > I2. But we know nothing.

For the same voltage, bigger R means a smaller I, and vice versa
