@mathmale if its -7/6x how do i do it from the y intercept (0,-5)

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Please use the word "slope" when you present the numerical slope (-7/6): "sketch the graph of the line that has slope -7/6 and y-intercept (b) of -5." You are given the equation of a line y = (-7/6) x - 5. The y-intercept is (0,-5). You could find this by setting x=0 and finding y. y-intercepts are always on the y-axis. So, plot (0,-5). Then, starting at (0,-5), move 6 units to the right on the x-axis and fromthat point move 7 units DOWN. Plot that point. Draw a line thru the 2 points (0,-5) and (6,-12).
