-infinity is the same thing as does not exist

OpenStudy (lorenbeech):

@myininaya Can you check this

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

Decreasing at an increasing rate, means it has to be sloping downward, and getting steeper and steeper

OpenStudy (lorenbeech):

So d?

OpenStudy (lorenbeech):

or b

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

d is not getting steeper, it's getting flatter

OpenStudy (lorenbeech):

True

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

b is getting steeper and becoming more vertical

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

`Decreasing at an increasing rate` means the graph is always going downhill as you move from left to right the "increasing rate" part means the tangent slopes are getting steeper, ie they are getting closer and closer to being more vertical (straight up and down)

OpenStudy (lorenbeech):

So b is the winner
