I'm honestly guessing on this one. I don't understand it. The lesson really didn't explain it well in my opinion

General formula of a circle is \[(x-h)^{2} + (y-k)^{2} = r ^{2}\] Where (h,k) are the coordinates of the centre of the circle and r is the radius

From the graph, the radius of your circle is 2 units and the centre of the circle is the origin (0,0). Hence the equation of the circle is \[x ^{2} + y ^{2} = 4\]
