What do you need help with?

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

How can I assist you?

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Are you there?

OpenStudy (anaise):

@MissSmartiez Account screw up?

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

@Anaise Yes, tell me about it. I was upset too.

OpenStudy (cookielate):

oh sorry

OpenStudy (anaise):

Worst part, I don't think they might fix it

OpenStudy (anaise):

Post your question?

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I hope they do, I don't wish to have my account deleted again xD.

Predator Prey Data Take a look at the data below. You should keep in mind that polar bears eat seals. Also note, that the numbers in the table are not the actual numbers. The number of seals has been divided by 1000. Thus, to get the real number of seals, you have to multiply by 1000. For example, in year 1, there are 100X1000=100,000 seals. For polar bears, you have to multiply by ten to get the real number of polar bears. In year 1 there were 10X10=100 polar bears. These data are for a fictional island. Year # of seals (X 1000) # of polar bears (X 10) 1 100 10 2 150 20 3 170 40 4 180 80 5 180 100 6 170 100 7 150 80 8 100 40 9 100 20 10 150 10 11 170 20 12 180 40 Make a double line graph of the data. Make sure your graph fills your page and that you follow all the rules of good graphing. Describe what happens to the seal population. Is the population going up, going down, not changing or is it doing something else? Describe what happens to the polar bear population. Is the population going up, going down, not changing or is it doing something else? Why might the seal population drop when the polar bear population gets high? Why might the polar bear population drop when the seal population gets low? Do you think the polar bears or seals will go extinct? Explain. Why did it make it easier to graph when I used division on the number of polar bears and the number of seals? What would happen if: The island was so small that a maximum of 1000 seals could live there? 2000 more polar bears were put on the island ? someone killed all the polar bears

OpenStudy (cookielate):

let me put the link since this looks more confusing

OpenStudy (anaise):

I'll see you if you're on in 30 mins or so....

OpenStudy (cookielate):

i gtg bye ill just do it by my own

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Do you mind drawing, or snap a picture of the graph and attach the question in a file? We cannot compute/understand the graph above. It simply looks like numbers.
