Give an example of what might influence the interpretation of an event. @tshimp0629

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

hmmm oh i got it an example.:) ok a thing that can influence something is perspective like you can see it happen and you think thats what happened butttt in reality its not take 9/11 for example people thought a missile struck the pentagon and people and news reporters both influenced the public to think it was a missile until the news came out and said it was a plane.... hope this helps tell me if its confusing ill try and think of another way to explain it.:}

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I don't get it.

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

hmm ok lets take you for example right.

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

ok ur sitting at home boom breaking news comes on war breaks out from what ever the news is telling you u believe so that influenced ur interpretation of that event help?

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

Okay, I get now. Thanks! here is the next question: Describe the importance of relative chronology to a historian.

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

ok thats an easy one. because Relative Chronology is placing events in the order they happened relative to one another you don't have to know necessarily specific dates, but you should be able to use associations to figure out how to place eras and events in relative chronological order.

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

hope it helps

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

wait did it? or do you need further explanation

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

It does. I changed it around a little bit, but it made sense. Here is the next question: Explain the relationship between historians and archaeologists.

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

historians study history and explain how events happened archaeologist find proof that, that event actually happened and study the area so in conclusions historians are the lazier of the two haha jkjk

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

you good now?

OpenStudy (tshimp0629):

hope i helped

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

You did. And I am good for now. Thanks again for all the help!
