OpenStudy (lolololhelpme):

SA = 4pier^2h, where SA is the surface area, r is the radius, and h is the height. What happens to the height if the surface area is cut in half and the radius stays the same?

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

\[\Large SA = 4\pi r^2h\] If you half the SA, but keep r the same, then we can ignore r (as well as 4pi) Halving SA means we must half the height.
