If you don't post your question (as to what you need help on), you won't get much of an answer. People will not find the question and just move on. They won't hang around and ask you for details \(in ~case\) they have an answer for you.

Okay, so... I would start out with that central rectangle and build it outwards. From there you can place all the circles that are oriented around it based on the distances given.

Unfortunately, I do not have AutoCAD on my computer. I'm just familiar with the concepts of how to do it.

Does the part is meant to be symmetrical? Is symmetry indicated in the instructions? The x-coordinates of right-most row of holes, and the y-coord of the bottom hole do not appear to be dimensioned... unless symmetry is assumed or implied.

Assuming it is a symmetrical part, you would start off drawing the hole polsitions. |dw:1475893337914:dw| Note that the 12 interior holes have 8mm diameter and 2 exterior (top and bottom) are 12mm diam. 12\(\phi8\) and 2\(\phi\)12. Then you proceed to draw the exterior contour, with a margin of 15 mm throughout (see the 4xR15 and the 2xR15? Start with the straight lines, and use fillets (R15) to draw the corners. I think there is a function to trim the lines automatically. If you're not familiar with that, trim separately. Finally draw the middle rectangular hole, and dimension the part. Don't know how your teacher want you to dimension, I would dimension all from the centreline so there will not be any calculation to do for the person drilling the holes. Hope this gives you a kickstart.
Hey bud, sorry about that had some license issue with my autocad...transitioning from university to real life is a bit weird haha So you were on the right track, but there were some mistakes along the way, distances were off, circles had wrong dimensions as did arcs...i'll point those out first
I did a quick sketch *Again QUICK so it's messy but it'll get the point across*
Now from what i think you were mentioning...you weren't quite sure how to get those bottom edges smoothed out into arcs right? Well, I chose an easy way to go about it...I'll list out picture steps here for you to follow
So first, i have my part so far *Focus on the top, bottom already done*
Now from that, note we have 2 lines, the top arc surrounding the circle...and the line coming up to that from either side Well, we know we want an arc of radius 5 connecting those two How on earth could you do it?
A fun tool would be to choose a circle that is tangent to both points
*Why would you do that?* Let's see...
Those are my circles created that are tangent to both sides NOW we can just trim away the parts of the circle we don't need
Notice already the nice arc And finally after trimming away the other side as well as the leftover straight lines...we arrive at the finished product

@MTALHAHASSAN2 On second thought, I would start all horizontal dimensions from the left edge (y-axis), because in the shop that's what they would do, make a nice machined edge to start with. For the vertical dimensions, it's not nice to start with a tangent edge, so I would put the x-axis through the centre of the bottom-most hole, where you would indicate an R15. If your teacher instructs you to do otherwise, follow his instructions. This also reminds me of an error I made above, R15 is from centre of the hole, so the horizontal and vertical margins are R15-\(\phi\)8=R15-R4=11 mm (not 15mm as I indicated above). For the top and bottom holes, it would be R15-R6=9 mm. @MTALHAHASSAN2 and @johnweldon1993 Use the fillet function to place the arc and trim the excess of straight lines forming rounded corners all in one step. For the top and bottom holes, you may need to use a 180 degree semi-circle if you don't succeed in filleting (it tends to put the semi-circle in the wrong direction if you're not careful).
