What is the solution to the inequality |2n+5|>1 –3 > n > –2 2 < n < 3 n < –3 or n > –2 n < 2 or n > 3
well why don't we try substituting some numbers in for N to see if it corresponds to any of the answers? :) but im a bit weirded out by the first one thought bc its saying n is less than-3 but greater than -2 which seems like an impossibility so im eliminating the first choice as an answer...
the first answer is just inferring that n cannot equal 3 or 2.
cannot equal -3 or -2* typo
K now im stuck on this too...any number can be put in as N even 0 or a negative and you'd still end up with a quantity bigger than 0. I think you need to choose an inequality that includes all numbers
*bigger than 1
in that case I think the answer is the last one :) it'd be cool to draw a number line for it
