remember that you have to multiply the coefficient by the subscript.
\(\sf \huge \underbrace{2}_{\small coefficient}Fe_{\underbrace{2}_{\small subscript}}\)

yes, you multiplied the coefficient 2 times the subscript of Fe (whihc is also 2)
same for O
so 2*2 = 4 Fe
then 2*3 = 6 O
you then add these together

this example illustrates that the number of atoms MUST be the same on BOTH sides of the equation
