Since you already know the atomic masses for each individual atom, this problem is merely a matter of addition and multiplication. -Since there are two Na's, you multiply the atomic mass of Na by two. 22.99(2) = 45.98 -Same thing for Carbon. 12(2) = 24 -Since there are four oxygen's, you multiply the atomic mass by four. 16(4) = 64 Now just add your products together: 45.98 + 64 + 24 = 133.98 g which you can round to 134.00g.
