Under the Constitution, the following powers belong to the federal government except for declaring war printing money making treaties providing schooling and educational services
D? @Shadow
I know they can declare war and probably make treaties. Those make the most sense. Printing money might be treasury and 'school / educational services' is kind of obscure.
Actually as per the Constitution they do coin money (Source: http://www.let.rug.nl/usa/essays/general/a-brief-history-of-central-banking/money-and-the-constitution.php#:~:text=Section%208%20permits%20Congress%20to,only%20with%20the%20federal%20government.)

Staring into this screen as my brain cells fade away Shadow
Well if the Constitution says only the President can make treaties, and that Congress ratifies them..
C
We already know only Congress can declare war
The President and Congress are the federal government
They can also print money. "The Constitution contains only two sections dealing with monetary issues. Section 8 permits Congress to coin money and to regulate its value."
