y
@kaleighh533 @theycallmelesbian @Hoodmemes
the eqn passes thought (0,-1) so -1 is the y-intercept
Do you know how to find slope? slope formula?
y=mx+b
thats the full eqn, but you need to solve for the slope or m
0
take 2 points, (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) and slope is change in y over change in x or (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
no if the slope is zero, then you would have a horizontal line, which you don't see here
ok so whats the answer
you tell me, find the slope b/w 2 points on the line
idk why do u think i asked for help
just helped you though, now you know how to find the slope or should i clarify more? where you stuck?
y=mx+b

@prettydevil45 try to understand i am helping you...

just wondering, do you understand what slope or m is?
Full equation: y=mx+b Slope: Slope is m in the equation. (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) (x,y)... you have two points so label one as 1 and the other as 2, then plug those into the equation I gave above. You can use any two points from the graph that are along the line. y-intercept: y-intercept is b in the equation. When x is zero, what is y? If you find where x is zero on the graph and find where the line goes through for y, then that will be your y-intercept. I hope this helps. Best of luck! <3
