more healp please @AZ

Angle:

you don't even need to find what theta is in this problem you can use the whole opposite, adjacent, hypotenuse thing to find a sin or cos value then use a double angle formula to find the result

Angle:

step 1: what are the values for the opposite, adjacent, and hypotenuse side lengths?

snowflake0531:

How- do i find that...

snowflake0531:

wait actually I have sine

Angle:

well... we know that sin is opp / hyp cos is adj / hyp tan is opp / adj etc what is csc?

Angle:

oh?

snowflake0531:

actually idk, uhhh

csc is 1/sine

Angle:

perf so if csc = -6/5 then sin = -5/6 yes?

snowflake0531:

right, yes, I do have sine._.

Angle:

then cos(2 theta) = 1 - sin^2 (theta)

snowflake0531:

So 1- 25/36 So 11/36 so 1/3?

Angle:

oh... I forgot a 2

Angle:

snowflake0531:

oh loll so -7/6?

Angle:

1 - 50/36 = ?

snowflake0531:

actually uh -14/36 -7/18 lol

Angle:

ye

snowflake0531:

thank youuuuuu xddd
