I need help with the second part

urdaddy:

and hm I am good at graphs let me read the question

HaydenwH:

A scatter plot shows the association between two variables. ... If the variables tend to increase and decrease together, the association is positive. If one variable tends to increase as the other decreases, the association is negative. If there is no pattern, the association is zero

urdaddy:

I HAVEW THEW ANSWER

boredfr:

._. the copy-paste be like.....Anyways so there is no association ?

HaydenwH:

is the majority of the plots doing the same thisg?

urdaddy:

there is an association

no associacion would be the plots were in no pattern, jsut randomly scattere

urdaddy:

the plots are in a straight pattern and going down so it is a function and there is indeed an association

urdaddy:

hope this helps :)

urdaddy:

it's linear if you were to draw a straight line through the points it would be considered an association since there is a pattern there

boredfr:

Wait ok so it it a down slope?

urdaddy:

enjoy :)

HaydenwH:

yes

HaydenwH:

decrease*

urdaddy:

yes its a linear slope that is decreasing

urdaddy:

I LOVE GRAPHINGGGGG IT'S SO FUN TO ME XD

boredfr:

Same thing ._. ok thx

HaydenwH:

If the variables tend to increase and decrease together, the association is positive.

urdaddy:

Hayden stop with the google

urdaddy:

Come up with your own answers my guy

urdaddy:

google doesn't get everything right.

HaydenwH:

i knew it, i jus dont know how to word it without confusing her

HaydenwH:
