So look at the image, it goes from 20 to 90, meaning there is a 70 number difference, remember that. now, `what percent of the data values are greater than 65?` to figure this out, simply create the fraction of how much 90-65 is over the whole amount, so: \(\dfrac{90-65}{70}\) now, what is 90-65? It is 25, so it is now \(\dfrac{25}{70}\) so that gives you: \(\approx 0.357\) now, to get the percent of this, you move the decimal two places to the right, so like this \(0.357\) \(\uparrow\) Move it over 2 places to the right and you get: \(035.7\) or \(35.7\)% now, if they want an `exact` percent it is \(36\)%, you round up because of the \(.7\) so \(35.7\)% or \(36\)% is your answer, given what the question asks your answer to be. \(\large\underline{\overline{\rlap{\hspace{-1.45px}\color{royalblue}{Joshua}}{\color{black}{Joshua}}}}\)
