to calcule the EF just use the Pytaghora's theorem

imyoursgirlsgirl:

ok EF is 8.49

jhonyy9:

yes you r right

imyoursgirlsgirl:

ok how do i find d and f

jhonyy9:

for angles measures you can use the law of sin for example

imyoursgirlsgirl:

ok i know the sin formula but i forget how to plug the numbers in

imyoursgirlsgirl:

well no one is helping me

imyoursgirlsgirl:

@imagine

Extrinix:

Pythagorean theorem part: \(c^2=a^2+b^2\) so \(9^2=3^2+b^2\) simplify it \(81=9+b^2\) remove 9 from both sides \(72=b^2\) square both sides \(8.5=b\) this is your EF answer.

imyoursgirlsgirl:

thanks but i also need help to find d and f

Extrinix:

Angles: \(cos^\text{-1}(\dfrac{3}{9})=D^\circ\) solve that to find your answer for \(\angle\)D \(sin^\text{-1}(\dfrac{3}{9})=F^\circ\) solve that to find your answer for \(\angle\)F

Extrinix:

Sorry, my wifi decided it would cut out in the middle of answering the second part.

imyoursgirlsgirl:

its ok jus give me a second

imyoursgirlsgirl:
