I believe we can eliminate A and D. Hurricanes can travel across the land after they form in the water and sometimes Tornadoes can form near coastlines That leaves us with B and C

But anways, B is the correct one. Tornadoes aren't always slower than hurricanes, sometimes they're faster and can cause even more damage...but with the amount of flooding damage hurricanes cause and aftermath, hurricanes are more dangerous
