Please do not copied from google

TutoriaIs:

It's not from google- It's an equation?

TutoriaIs:

Mmm

Prettykitty89:

how do you find the area of a square? just count the sides of the square from it

27ivastanley:

length times width

Lola12:

ok, thank you all

Wrong.

MochaBerries:

im pretty sure das correct-

27ivastanley:

it is right because LxW gives you the answer

snowflake0531:

In a square, the two sides are equivalent, A = s^2

Lola12:

0-0

milli:

LxW

Lola12:

i can just search it up???

Exactly. It's not a rectangle, it's a square.

Lola12:

so, basicly, you just multiply all sides?

snowflake0531:

Yeah and if you interpret it now as "s * l" in the future it'd be difficult for you to change that habit. for example if you were doing related rates with derivatives in the future, you'd need to use a = s^2

Lola12:

so, i just multiply all sides?

snowflake0531:

one side, squared take one of the sides and multiply it by itself

Lola12:

ok..?

milli:

Lola12:

ok, got it, ty all so much

milli:

np

Lola12:

have a good day

Lola12:

i will now close this, and finish my homework

Lola12:

i may still have more questions tho

See, that's a rectangle, not a square. So it'll be LxW
