What are the measures of Angles a, b, and c? Show your work and explain your answers. Two straight lines intersect at a point to form angle a. The measure of the angle opposite to angle a is 30 degrees. Angle a is the angle of a right triangle having another angle equal to b. A triangle with one angle labeled c is on the left of the figure. The angle adjacent to c is labeled 75 degrees.
So this question was previously answered multiple times and I am giving credit to the owners just bare with me. "Angle A: 45 degrees Angle B: 45 degrees Angle C: 115 degrees I found angle A and B because I know that in order for a triangle to be a triangle, all the angles need to add up to a total of 180 degrees. I know it is a right triangle, and one angle is 90 degrees. I also know that angle A and angle B are equal. So, the first thing i would do is 180 - 90, which equals 90. Then, since angles A and B are equal, I would divide 90 by 2 because there are two angles and 90 is what is left over after subtracting 90 from 180. So, angles A and B are 45 degrees. I found angle C because I know it is a supplementary angle and one of the two angles is 65 degrees. Since supplementary angles are two angles with a sum of 180 degrees, you would subtract 65 degrees from 180 degrees, 180 - 65. This equals 115, so angle C is 115 degrees."
