Florisalreadytaken:

well, aristotle said, "good habits formed at youth make all the difference." That does not necessarily mean that you only get good habits when you are younger. No! It means habits are easier as kids. As an adult, you have to erase bad habits at the same time. We are what we repeatedly do, right? 1) reading more Writing is a person's way of analyzing the universe. When you read a book or an article, you jump into that person's skin and acquire a new point of view. Also, reading inculcates good values, ethics, and knowledge. It enriches your vocabulary and feeds your mind with lots of knowledge and information. Reading is also considered a mental exercise and enhances your cognitive development. It brings you new ideas and widens your horizon of thinking. It flourishes your imaginative and writing skills, too; that is why writers read many books before they start their piece of writing. Reading, in general, helps you thrive your literary skills. There are many more benefits of reading which I have not mentioned here. One could crave so many benefits from the habit of reading. So developing reading habits is a must for any human being. If you don't read, you cannot write, as simple as that. I am gaining interest in this website to write for the simple reason that I like reading, and as a result, I like writing too. One brings two, as they say! 2) having a good sleep regimen The quality of your life depends a lot on the quality of your sleep. If you get poor sleep, you'll be tired and groggy the next day, feeling irritated and jittery, and just won't be concentrating on anything. So getting proper is a must, at least for a better quality of life. And the quality of sleep depends entirely on the routine or sleep schedule that you follow. Waking early in the morning is easy. Just set your alarm for months to an earlier time until you don't need to anymore. Yes, it could be fixed, but it brings us to my next problem. 3) having a manageable schedule Who wouldn't want more than 24 hours in a day? No, for real, just imagine how much more stuff you would be able to do. Though we've got to work with what we have, right? If you fail to plan, you plan to fail! A schedule assists you in keeping your time structured and shows that you have managed your time wisely. This will help you set the self-discipline to your schedule as well as a passion for your goals as they have been filtered through what you value. It gives you a guide. We can compare it to sailing; what's the point of going outside in the open sea when you don't know which direction you're going?
