what does Lennie Small think of George in Of Mice and Men?
can anybody please help me?
It would be best to re-read the book (Of Mice and Men is a short novel which makes this task easier) but I can give you some ideas. Please note that I am just giving you ideas to help formulate a response, not a complete answer to copy-paste. The dynamic is a bit complicated. George very clearly cares for Lennie and wants to protect him, despite the problems that Lennie’s disability has caused both of them. George is kind of an older brother figure, who protects Lennie in a tough-love manner (re-read interactions between the two and you can see that George often scolds Lennie/uses harsh language but it’s to help keep him safe and prevent trouble). The culmination of this relationship happens when George kills Lennie out of mercy.
oh man i remember reading this book lol basically lennie really likes george. They ed go everywhere together in search for a job and to pursue their dream of having their own farm and animals such as george’s favorite rabbits
Ah shoot I just realized I read the question wrong, it’s asking about Lennie’s opinion of George not the other way around. Lennie definitely looks up to George and sees him as a role model/protector who helps get them out of trouble.
