Ok, so I know this isn't entirely school related, but it is a question that I really need to be answered. What do you take out of reading this: Idaho law defines minors as boys and girls under the age of 18. If a person has been married, he or she is emancipated or considered an adult. They are considered legally competent to contract for goods or services, rent, buy a home, and sue or be sued.
that ur not gonna get married danny XD
It's basically saying that if you're over the age of 18 you are legally considered an adult. When you are legally considered an adult you can legally rent, buy a home, marry someone, "sue or be sued", and etc.
But if ur emancipated how u gonna buy a house and most jobs don’t even hire until 18. Where I’ve made a point they the gov needs to have hiring options for 15 and up. We need time to get money if we gonna move out and life is hard when u have no time to move and your being forced in a situation that could knock you off your feet. Plus the prices done went up so skyrocketing that it ain’t good to live somewhere they won’t let you work and you wouldn’t have enough time to settle
