so what this question is talking about is distribution. You distribute the number on the outside of the parenthesis (2a2) To all the numbers on the inside of the parentheses individually. And distributing just means multiplying. So if you look at the equation I sent you for how to distribute it, you will see that I am putting the 2a2 into all of the independent variables
