Twaylor:

could be your sleeping position, nutrient deficiencies, muscle imbalance, nerve issues, and swelling if there is

I usually wake up in the same position, I'm sure I move around a lot tho like my heads usually turned or smt

EdwinJsHispanic:

maybe its just thigh cramps, or due to much movement. theres multiple reasons for it to hurt but you have to be more specific to shorten the reasons of why it may hurt.

just your head usually turned... sounds like that's affecting your spine, which eventually narrows down to putting too much pressure on lower body muscles if it happens very often

but its only one leg , mainly my left

xXAikoXx:

Alright, we're not medical professionals or physicians, so I recommend avoiding overexertion, specifically on the leg that hurts, and leave it at that.

xXAikoXx:

And try using a cold compress
