First step is to find the z-score of the number 74.
To do this, we use the formula  $$z = (x  - \mu)/\sigma$$
Where x = 74; $$\mu= 64.3 (Mean)\ ;  \sigma = 5.4 (Standard- deviation) $$
So z = 1.7962.
