What is the chemical difference between mRNA and tRNA?

mRNA is messenger RNA while tRNA is transfer RNA

if you need some chemical differences so that you can isolate them, you must know that mature mRNA contain a 5'cap and and a poly-A tail. and this tail is used to the isolation of mRNA

tRNAs present spefific regions in their sequences which tend to couple in intramolecular pairings. these pairings cause the tRNA to become a leafclover-like molecule which resembles a L if seen in the 3 dimensions of space. mRNa is instead a linear molecule wich poly(A) and cap at the endings. tRNAs also have a special small sequence at one end which is obtained by a process of splicing typical for tRNAs. after this process, the small sequence, which is the same for all tRNAs, is responsible for binding the aminoacids.

m RNA is a key of aminoacids means decide what kind of protein has to be made after transcription and it also behave as template strand for protein while t rna is use for transporting nitrogen base from nucleoplasm and it was ordered by m rna to bring nitrogen base acc. to template strand or in simple m RNA consist 7methylGuanisine cap in 3'end and poly A tail in 5'end and have nomal nitrogen bases while tRNA has abnormal nitrogen bases in between then so the loop is formed
