With the trapezoidal rule, you can break it down to ∆x/2 * ( f(x_0)+2*f(x_1)+2*f(x_2)+...2*f(x_(n-1)) + f(x_n)) Where x_0 is the first point you analyze and x_n the last; ∆x is the difference distance between trapezoids and you can determine x_1, x_2, etc. by dividing the entire width of your interval by the number of subdivisions.
