it's a, you have to multiply the eq by 1, based on the complex conjugate of the the denominator (2+5i) . 1 = (2+5i)/(2+5i). so you have an i^2 in the denominator, it technically looks like it should turn out 11-16i/21, but you do get the two negatives after computing it
