A compound only contains C, H, N, O. Combustion of 0.314g of this produces 0.426g CO2 and 0.0520g H2O. Another experiment shows that when 0.103g of the substance is combusted, 0.0460g of NH3 is produced? What is the empirical formula of the compound?

For the first experiment, find the % of carbon and hydrogen present. % Carbon : 0.426g x ( 12 / 44 ) = 0.1162 g
