so when you first integrate with respect to dx you can view (sin(y)/y) as a constant because there are no x variables in either one of those expressions, so teh integral becomes \[\int\limits_{0}^{5}x(\sin(y)/y)dy\] now the limits for dx giver were from 0 to y, so for that value of x you sub in y and zero as you would for a definite integral in a single variable. so now the integral becomes 0 to five (integral)sin y dy which is - cos(y) from 0 to 5. which then you sub in those values.
