the vertices lie on .... a with this one
since x is + we look under it to find our answer; sqrt(4) = 2 we are 2 away from center in the x direction
center = ( 1,-2) vertex = (+- 2,0) -------------------- (3,-2) and (-2,-2)
opps; -1 and 3; forgot how to count lol
(3,-2) and (-1,-2)
