What exactly are you asking for? You can mass both NAOH and NH4OH if you know how many moles of each you have to tell the difference between the two

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NaOH is a strong base and NH4OH is a weak base. Strong base under goes complete ionisation and weak base undergoes partial ionisation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NAOH is a strong base while NH4OH is a weak one, so the strong base will undergo complete dissociation whereas a weak one undergo partial dissociation.
