the estimation of iron(II) and iron (III) in a mixture containing both. devise a volumetric procedure(titration) to determine the percentage of the two elements in a mixture containg both ur provided with 200 cm^3 of a solution containing between 1.1g and 1.3g of iron ions as a mixture of fe^2+ or fe^3+. you may assume that each of the two ions of is present to at least 30% by mass. and tell me the apparatuses that'll be needed, please? and the balance is not available thanks :)

it's either you titrate it with a reducing or oxidizing agent and then if you determine the amount of the titrant needed, you can determine how much of either Fe2+ or Fe3+ was present in the solution that reacted to your titrant.
