just plug in 0 and evaluate
In this one you can actually just plug in zero for each of the x's. Start with the cos(x) and then the 5pi/sec(x). The cos(x) should give you 1 since cos(0) is 1, and the 5pi/sec(x) should give you 5pi since sec(0) = 1. Then from there you would just combine what you could.
