i think for the impulse response @ the resistor is (R/L) e^(-tR/L)u(t) =(8/4) e^(-8t/4)u(t) =2e^(-2t)*u(t) i dont know what unit step function to be input here.. but the voltage in at cap. is=Vin(1/(1+RCs))

the transfer function is, G(s)=R/(R/Ls), inverse laplace transform of this is the impulse response g 9(t) g(t)= L^(-1)G(s)=L^(-1)[8/(8+4s)]=L^(-1)[8/4(2+s)=L^(-1)[2/(2+s)=2e^(-2t)
