yes, exponents rule
\[[5^(x-1) \times 5^(3x) ]/5^(4x+1)\]
LOL :)
(x^a)^b=x^(ab) x^a*x^b=x^(a+b) x^a/x^b=x^(a-b) x^-a=1/x^a)

\[\frac{5^{x-1} \times 5^{3x} }{5^{4x+1}}\]
is that it?
yes :)
ok base is same so add exponents in numerator and subtract the one in the denominator all the work is there
\[x-1+3x=4x-1\] \[4x-1-(4x+1)=4x-1-4x-1=-2\]
