should deferred tax assets be counted as non-cash working cap?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since, in theory, deferred tax assets are to account for "temporary" differences in accounting value and tax value of assets i wouldn't count it as working capital. it's not really a current asset (cash or short term credit)
