i did it simply by finding the angle whose sin is 11/14 then dividing the result by 2 . then finding the sine of that.

just multiply sin\[\theta\]/2 and cos\[\theta\]/2 and equal to 11/28

i think this formula can help u alot :\[\sin ^2+\cos ^2=1\] and we will use in this problem this shape of the formula: \[\sin =\sqrt{1-\cos ^2}\] and also \[\cos =\sqrt{1-\sin ^2}\]

11/(14*2) and the \[\theta\] is in 90 then both sin and cos will be possitive....
