A flashlight battery has a lifetime of 5 hours and it is rated for 0.6 ampere-hours. (a) What is the current that can be delivered by the battery? (b) How much power can be delivered if the terminal voltage is 8 V? (c) How much energy is stored in the battery?

help please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No idea about these, I guess if it's able to 0.6 amps in an hour and it can go for 5 hours, then u have 5*0.6 = 3 Amps.

ahhh man im gonna cut my wrists this question is so depressing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Current delivered = 0.12 Am Power at Voltage 8V = 0.96Watt Energy = 0.192J

Heh, wrong way around...:-) (Me).

rizaldo cuz how did you do it can you give me some intuition please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

energy here is 0.0013joules
