The density of helium is 0.001185 g/mL. What volume will be occupied by a 0.267 g sample of gas?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Think about how you can get the density. It comes from the formula\[D=m/V\], where m is the mass and V is the volume that the matter occupies. Now you are given the density and the mass, by manipulating the formula, you get \[V=m/D\]. Just sub in the values, and you get your volume.
