Can I know when will the equilibrium constant, 'Kc=Kp'?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When volumes of product = volumes of reactants (equal number of molecules on each side) The relationship between the two can be seen as Kp=Kc x (RT)^N where N is the change in the number of moles, so if the change is 0 then the right side of the equation is just KC x 1 **RT^0=1** So Kc=Kp when no change in moles/vol/molecules
