PLEASE HELP. Differentiate: log(xe^x) (log has a base of 10)

this would be a lot easier if it were the natural log, lol. you're going to need to use the chain rule first, then the product rule. you should arrive at: \[\frac{x+1}{x\ln(10)}\]

you can also write it as \[\log_{10}(x)+x\log_{10}(e)\] and take the derivative of that
