(a) Write the equation in standard form. (b) State the center, radius, and intercepts.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(a)\[(x-4)^2-16+(y-3)^2-9=0\]\[(x-4)^2+(y-3)^2=25\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

center (4,3) radius 5

OpenStudy (aravindg):

sarah lets share the medal

OpenStudy (aravindg):

lolz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol share?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sarah- so is the y-intercept -3 and the x-intercept -4 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no the center is (4,3) for the intercepts you substitute y=0 and solve for x then substitute x=0 and solve for y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks Sarah!! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):
