it gives you the solution put \[u=4-\sin(\frac{t}{2}),du=-\frac{1}{2}\cos(\frac{t}{2})dt\] \[-2du=\cos(\frac{t}{2})dt\] and you get \[-2\int u^2du\]
u=4-sin(t/2), then du will be -2[cos(t/2)]dt, you will then have \[-2\int\limits_{}^{} u^2 du\] Which comes out to -2u^3/3 +C]
