How do I predict the product for Synthesis reactions: Metallic Oxide (Soluble) + H2) (l) -> Base. For ex., __CaO + __H2O -->

You would usually make Ca(OH)2 + some base OH- These are not really "predictions" but i bet inside your lab book or text book you have a list of compounds when mixed in H2O yield a solid. Without experimental data, you could say the reaction yields Ca(OH)2 but you wont know if its a solid or aq without data. I never remembered which metals create a solid in H+ or OH-, but their are tables that will help you do these problems.
