I'm so confused with double-displacement reaction: Non-metallic Oxide + Base -> Salt + H2O (l): SO3 + NaOH -> ....

I'm failing to see the double displacement in this reaction but I would start off writing the ionic equation again and take it from there

The reaction you've given isn't a double displacement, but it's not a redox reaction either. The "salt" product would have to be sodium sulfate\[SO{_3} + NaOH \rightarrow Na{_2}SO{_4} + H{_2}O\]
