explain how huckel rule follow in diphenyl case?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hückel's rule estimates whether a planar ring molecule will have aromatic properties i.e 4n+2 pi electron does not satisfy as it we put n=1,get 6 delocalized electrons so not satisfy again if we put n=2 then get 10 electrone once again if we put n=3 then we get 14 electron .hence ,we can see that it can't satisfy huckel's rule. |dw:1326131892795:dw|
