I looked at the scale and said 3 is 4 spaces away from 7 which is nuetral so i added 4 to 7 and got 11, or you can say a ph level of 3 has 10,000 more H+ ions that distilled water so we would have to go with 11 which has 1/10,000 H+ ions inorder to cancel.
